  • Reiki is a Japanese healing practice that promotes relaxation, stress relief, and emotional balance. At Lunar Root Rising, I offer Usui Reiki sessions that may also include breathwork and guided visualization to deepen the healing experience.

    Reiki is gentle, non-invasive, and intended as complementary support — not a replacement for medical care.

  • Breathwork is a conscious breathing practice that helps regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and promote mental clarity and emotional healing. By intentionally shifting your breathing patterns, you can access altered states of awareness, calm anxiety, or energize the body.

    Breathwork combines science-backed techniques with ancient traditions to support holistic well-being. Whether used for stress relief, spiritual exploration, or trauma release, it’s a powerful tool for transformation.

  • Sound healing is the practice of using sound vibrations — through tuning forks, singing bowls, voice, etc — to encourage deep relaxation and emotional balance. Sound healing taps into the nervous system’s natural responses, helping to regulate stress and support emotional wellbeing.

    Breathwork and intention setting are woven into the experience to enhance healing.

  • Guided visualization is a mindfulness practice where you’re led through vivid mental imagery to relax, gain insight, or achieve specific goals. By engaging the senses and imagination, it helps rewire thought patterns, reduce stress, and tap into your inner wisdom.

    Often rooted in both psychology and meditation traditions, it blends creativity with intention. Whether you're visualizing healing, confidence, or connection, it’s a powerful way to align mind, body, and spirit.

  •  No — Lunar Root Rising offers practices that are inclusive, non-dogmatic, and accessible to people from all backgrounds and belief systems.

    You are encouraged to bring your own meaning and intention to the work we do together.


🌙 Booking & Session Prep

    • Wear whatever makes you feel relaxed.

    • Bring water and an open heart!

    • You’re welcome to set a personal intention beforehand, but it’s not required.

    • If virtual, ensure you’re in a comfortable, quiet space.

    For certain in-person sessions & workshops, you may receive additional guidance before your appointment.

  •  Each session/workshop starts with a quick check-in to see how participant(s) are feeling and what they would like to focus on.

    You'll then be guided through the experience — whether that's Reiki, sound healing, a meditation, or workshop — with space to relax and receive.

    You’re encouraged to participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable.

  • That’s actually very common, especially if you’ve never meditated before or received reiki.

    And it’s a good thing! Falling asleep is a sign your body feels safe and relaxed.

  • Yes! Some sessions (like the 90-minute options) naturally weave modalities together.


    If you’d like a custom session blending Reiki, sound healing, meditation, or product offerings like spell jars/potions, please just note it when you book or contact me to discuss your preferences & pricing.


🌿 Policies & Accessibility

  •  Yes — sliding scale options are available, bandwidth allowing.

    Please reach out via email or the contact form if cost is a barrier, and we can discuss options. No explanations are necessary; your healing journey is honored here.

  • You can cancel or reschedule with no fee up to 24 hours before your session.

    Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may be subject to a 50% session fee, but I am flexible in cases of emergency or illness. Thank you for respecting the time and energy that goes into preparing your experience.

  •  No. Lunar Root Rising’s offerings are meant to support your well-being & self-expression — not replace medical treatment, therapy, or psychiatric care.

    I encourage all clients to prioritize working with relevant healthcare professionals first & foremost.
